Scopeva may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Using Scopeva

Scopeva provides automated tools for inspecting publicly accessible web resources, including robots.txt files, HTTP headers, sitemaps, structured data and related technical signals.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right or authorization to inspect any website, URL or resource you submit to Scopeva.

Responsible use

You must not use Scopeva to:

  • Access private, internal or restricted systems without authorization.
  • Bypass authentication, access controls, network restrictions or security measures.
  • Probe localhost, private networks, cloud metadata services or other non-public infrastructure.
  • Submit passwords, API keys, session tokens, private links or other sensitive information.
  • Use the service for harassment, abuse, denial-of-service activity or unlawful scanning.
  • Attempt to interfere with, overload or disrupt Scopeva or third-party services.
  • Use automated requests in a way that exceeds reasonable service limits.

Scopeva may restrict or block activity that appears abusive, automated at excessive volume, unsafe or inconsistent with these terms.

Automated diagnostics

Scopeva's results are generated automatically from publicly available technical signals.

Results may be incomplete, outdated or affected by redirects, caching, CDN behavior, firewalls, robots.txt implementation differences, crawler behavior or temporary network conditions.

A result such as “Allowed” or “Blocked” describes Scopeva's interpretation of the observed configuration. It does not guarantee that a search engine, AI crawler or third-party service will actually access, index, use or ignore the resource.

Third-party websites and services

Scopeva may request publicly accessible resources from third-party websites in order to perform a diagnostic requested by the user.

Scopeva does not control those websites, their availability, content, security policies or crawler behavior.

References to services such as Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity or other third parties do not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.

Availability and service changes

Scopeva is provided on an evolving basis. Features, tools, limits and supported checks may change, be suspended or be removed without notice.

We do not guarantee that Scopeva will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Intellectual property

The Scopeva name, logo, interface and original website content are owned by Scopeva or their respective licensors.

Open-source libraries and third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses.

You may not copy, redistribute or represent Scopeva branding as your own without permission.

Privacy

Scopeva's handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Browser-based tools are designed to process data locally whenever practical. Server-side diagnostic tools may temporarily request publicly accessible web resources required to perform the requested analysis.

Read the Privacy Policy

No warranties

Scopeva is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the extent permitted by law, Scopeva makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability or suitability of diagnostic results for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Scopeva will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses resulting from use of, or reliance on, the service.

You remain responsible for reviewing diagnostic results before changing production systems, crawler policies, security settings or website configuration.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as Scopeva evolves.

When material changes are made, the “Last updated” date on this page will be revised.
